After I experienced the ‘College Week’ for the first time in LCCM. I realized how important for every student and faculty teachers this event. They put so much effort and gave their blood sweat and tears for this event to be successful and memorable to all students in La Consolacion. Altogether they planned the event meticulously and scan even a tiny mistake. After the event I conclude that all of their hard work has been paid of. The event is flawless, everyday of the week has a different flavor for the student and parents to enjoy.

On the other hand, the Grade 11 and Grade 12 students has also a huge participation in this big event. We prepared for festival dances and the other picked students for street dance competition. We practiced almost everyday to achieved synchronized move. It’s a little bit hard for us because we should be the one who will choreograph the whole dance. And also, we have45 students in class. But we take it as an opportunity to showcase our talent and to show our unity. We’re also the one who prepare for our own costume. Every section has different kind of festival. We, St. Magdalane picked Pahiyas Festival theme. We decided to use bilao and colorful flowers to have Pahiyas Festival theme. Because this festival is all about thanksgiving of San Isidro’s farmers for the rich and bountiful harvest they attain every year.
